Good to know before you order
What does one license cover?
One license covers every seat you buy. You may give one copy to each person you choose, up to the number of seats in your order, and one seat covers one person. Each workbook is stamped with your business name and the number of seats, and its Terms tab says the same.
Can we mix different trackers?
Yes. Add each tracker you need with its own quantity. The price per seat is based on the total number of profession trackers in the cart, so six of one and four of another counts as ten seats.
How do the files arrive?
By email, usually within a few minutes of checkout. You receive each tracker you ordered in an Excel edition and a Google Sheets edition, and you give one copy to each person, up to the number of seats you bought.
Can each person pick a color theme?
The color theme is chosen for each tracker you add to the cart. To give people different colors, add the same tracker more than once, in each color you want.
Is the Personal tracker included?
One free Personal Income & Expense Tracker comes with each order that has a current-year profession tracker. It is a single copy for one person, not a seat.
Can we use a promotional code?
No. Office pricing is not combinable with promotional codes.
What happens next year?
Each edition covers one tax year. Nothing renews automatically; you place a new order if you want the next year's edition.
