1. What we collect
| What | Why | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Name | To stamp your license and address your delivery email | For as long as we keep order records |
| Email address | To deliver your workbook and handle support | For as long as we keep order records |
| Business name (optional) | To stamp your license, if you give one | For as long as we keep order records |
| Order details | To know what to send you, and for resends and billing corrections | At least as long as tax record-keeping requires |
| Site usage data | Basic analytics and security — see section 5 | As set by the tools named there |
2. What we do not collect
This is worth stating plainly, because it is the whole design of the product.
- We never see your income, expenses, mileage or any other figure you enter. The Excel edition is a file on your device, with no cloud sync, no account, and no connection back to us. The Google Sheets edition lives in your own Google account, under your control, and has no connection back to us either.
- We never connect to your bank. There is no bank linking anywhere in the product.
- We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or any government identifier.
- We do not receive or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, and no card is kept on file for future charges.
3. Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers, each for one purpose. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
| Provider | What they handle |
|---|---|
| WooPayments (powered by Stripe) | Payment processing. Stripe receives your card details directly; we never see them. |
| Resend | Sending your delivery email and its attachments. |
| Namecheap Private Email | Our support mailbox, for your questions and our replies. |
| MailerLite | Our mailing list, only if you opted in. |
| Our web host | Running the website and storing order records. |
Each of these processes your information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
4. Marketing email
We will email you about your order. We will only send you marketing email — new editions, new trackers, tax-deadline reminders — if you have opted in, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, including keeping items in your cart and applying a promotional code you arrived with.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Email support@agentledgerllc.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
7. Children
AgentLedger is sold to working adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payment is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but the amount of personal information we hold is deliberately small — a name, an email address, and what you bought.
9. Changes and contact
We will post any changes here with a revised effective date. Questions about this policy go to AgentLedger LLC, 5115 Heron Court, Coconut Creek, FL 33073, or support@agentledgerllc.com.
